This year’s dinner will be on March 11, 2017; 3:30pm – 7:00pm

Once again this year, we will raffle off Auction baskets at the dinner. Each class chose a theme:


· Seniors: Lottery tickets

· Juniors: Italian Dinner Basket

· Sophomores: Spa Basket

· Freshman:  Family Fun Night

· Color Guard:  Automobile Care

· Majorettes:  Gardening  


We are asking that each student donate an item from their theme and bring it to the band room and mark with their grade and put in the box in the band room.  We need all donations by March 3rd. Also, we need all the volunteers we can get. Please visit the Doodle sign up to select a time to volunteer to help.


The band is also requesting donations of various different food and beverage items for the spaghetti dinner.  The more items we obtain by donation, the less the band needs to purchase, and the more profitable our fundraiser will be.  Please visit the Sign Up by clicking here if you are able to make a donation.  Your support is very much appreciated. 


Each year we create a placemat which includes business card size ads from local businesses.  The ads are $25 or $50 for a double-size ad.  This is an excellent opportunity for local businesses to advertise to over 500 potential customers, and it is also an easy fundraiser for the band.  If you have any questions about placemat advertising, please either click here or email Mark Gozion.  If you, or anyone you know, would like to place an ad, please mail a check and a business card to:

Finally, you will be receiving a set of four presale tickets.  We ask that you cover the cost of the tickets and then either use them for your family, or sell/give them to others who may want to attend the spaghetti dinner.  This donation is one way we ensure the dinner is a success, so we ask that everyone who is able to please send in your check by the deadline (March 1, 2017).
