Band Patron Meeting Minutes

Form to submit email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses necessary for communication to contact students and families.
This form is to be used to transfer funds from one student’s goal setting account to another.
Note: Transfers of this nature resulting from any financial transaction between families is strictly prohibited. Please make sure to thoroughly read and understand the form before submitting it to the Band Patron’s Treasurer.

Parents and Friends of TJ Band must complete this form and pay their dues in order to participate in Band Patron functions and have voting rights at meetings. Dues for the school year are $5/person until November 1st; after that date the fee increases to $10/person. Membership form and check payable to TJ Band Patrons may be dropped off in the band room in the bin marked “Membership,” or mailed to the Membership Chairperson listed on the form.
