Save the date—TJ’s Band festival will be Saturday, October 6th. This is the band’s biggest fundraiser of the year and it’s a great time!!  We will need every band family’s participation to make it a success. Please reach out to any of the Committee Chairpersons listed below with questions or ideas.  

With 14 bands scheduled to perform, this year’s festival will be one of our biggest so many, many volunteers will be needed.  If you are interested in chairing one of the committees below, please click here to email the chairperson, Krista Gage.  Your help is needed to make this year’s festival our best.  Please sign up to a volunteer on a committee, by clicking here to visit the Sign Up. 

Information about the food drive, placing happy or personal ads, the candy gram pre-sale, and bake sale,  concession or auction donation information may be found below the chairperson list.





















Food Drive-There will be a food drive during the band festival to benefit a local food bank.  Please consider bringing non-perishable food items for the food drive.  A table will be set up near the entrance to collect the donations.  Please click here to view the flyer for more information.


Happy and Personal Ads—Include a personal ad for your band member or send them a special message that will be printed in the Fall Festival Program.  Click here to print a happy and personal ad form. 


Candy Gram Pre-sale—Candy grams are a fun way for family and friends to send a band member a message along with some sweet treats to enjoy.  Candy grams may be sent to any band member from all attending bands.  Click here to print out a candy gram pre-sale form. 


Concession Stand Donations—Be sure to mark your donation with your last name.  Click here to print out a copy of the concession donation flyer.


Auction Basket Donations—Each grade is requested to provide donations for themed baskets.  Please click here to view a copy of the auction basket flyer including basket themes by grade.  Donations should be marked “ATTN:  BASKET RAFFLE”.


Bake Sale—Donations for the bake sale should be dropped off the day of the festival at the table located under the press box starting at 3:00 pm.  Click here to print out the bake sale flyer.


Corporate Donations— If your business would like to make a donation to support our festival or would like to support the T J Band by placing a sponsorship ad in the festival program, please click to print out a copy of the corporate sponsorship letter and donation level form.  We truly appreciate your support of the Jaguar Marching Band!


Each band family will receive an envelope in the mail containing 4 festival tickets. Please make every effort to sell the tickets in your envelope and if you need additional tickets, contact Amy Cifaloglio.
